  1. How long does it take for my order to ship?
    - All orders received between Monday and Friday before 1 pm CT are shipped the same business day.
  2. What if I order the wrong cartridge?
    - Please let us know immediately, we will help you find the correct model for your system and exchange them(shipping fees may applied)
  3. Are these filters easy to set up?
    - All of our cartridges meet OEM specifications, which make it easy to set up
  4. I am a pool and spa dealer, can I purchase filters and have them shipped directly to my customers?
    - Yes, we can ship our cartridges to whomever you list in the “Ship To” field.
  1. There is something wrong with my cartridge, what do I do?
    - Please contact us with any concerns we will be more than happy to help you

  2. Can I get a discount if I order more filters?
    - Unfortunately, we don’t offer a quantity discount. This is because we offer all of our filters at the lowest price possible. Because of this, there is not room for us to lower our prices any further.

  3. How do I return merchandise if I no longer want it or ordered incorrectly? -  Send us an email to support@tdstechnologies.net with your order number or confirmation number and we will help you.

  4. I received the wrong item or it was damaged in transit, what do I do now? - Send us an email to support@tdstechnologies.net with your order number or confirmation number and let us know between the first 5 days of received.

  5. I no longer need the item that I ordered. Can I refuse the package?
    - Any package that is refused is subject to all shipping & handling charges being deducted from the refund amount.

    - We are available to ship products Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  1. Do you ship outside the contiguous United States and Canada?
    - Filtpool only ships orders within the contiguous United States.
